La fondazione ha avviato un progetto per analizzare la precarietà lavorativa tra gli under 35 in Italia, con particolare attenzione alle disuguaglianze territoriali. In collaborazione con l’Associazione Scomodo e Campo Ricerca, la FES esamina le differenze regionali nel mercato del lavoro, le migrazioni interne, l’accesso alle risorse e l’impatto della precarietà sulla salute mentale dei giovani. Lo studio si concentra su cinque macroregioni italiane (Nord-Ovest, Nord-Est, Centro, Sud e Isole), analizzando grandi città, centri medi e aree interne per comprendere le diverse realtà lavorative e problematiche che ne derivano. I risultati saranno diffusi attraverso pubblicazioni, canali digitali ed eventi pubblici, coinvolgendo istituzioni, sindacati e università per stimolare un dibattito sulle politiche necessarie a migliorare le condizioni lavorative giovanili. L’obiettivo finale è non solo documentare il fenomeno, ma anche proporre soluzioni concrete e promuovere un dialogo costante tra attori politici e sociali per affrontare efficacemente la questione della precarietà lavorativa in Italia.
